1999 Chevy Prizm. 132K miles. Easy 5 speed manual transmission. New front tires, clean CarFax. Newer battery, brakes, and plugs. The cleanest interior you'll see in this price range. But the selling point for this car is that it has very high MPGs...conservatively over 35 mpg. Although on longer trips it will get over 45 mpgs (I drive the speed limit). I got all the original paper work regarding work done on it. I had a new transmission put into it at about 80K miles. This car drives exceptionally well. The engine is really quiet and dependable. The car still has a lot of life in it.
The 1999 Prizm was built in a Toyota manufacturing plant in California. I purchased the car because Consumer Reports gave it a perfect ranking in every category (including longevity). Since then, I've taken great care of it.--most importantly, I'm glad I've been changing the oil and filter every three thousand miles. This car will drive great at 200+K miles.
